Minghella Ice Cream is special because of what's in it

• Fresh full cream milk and double cream from our local farms
• Unrefined brown sugar
• The finest fruits, nuts and liqueurs available

And because of what isn't in it

• We use no artificial ingredients at all
• We add less sugar
• We don't use any GM ingredients
• We won't use sweeteners like corn syrup, which dominate other flavours

We combine the latest technology with the loving care of a master craftsman - our products are still given all the attention of 'home-made' ice cream!

We pay great attention to the process and give each flavour time to mature before freezing.

We blend and balance the flavours with loving care and the sure touch of long experience.

Every single batch is tasted by at least two directors before it can be packed - quality is our business!

At Minghella, we know all about product innovation and we are always working on new flavours. Currently, there are more than 140 in our full range. But there is also nothing to beat the timeless appeal of classic tastes.

So in our range you'll find the mouthwatering flavours you remember from your childhood and your children will remember from theirs - like Mr Minghella's Famous Vanilla, Crushed Strawberries & Cream, Old English Toffee, and Mint Choc Chip.

We also have sophisticated and original 'grown-up' treats - such as Black Cherries laced with Kirsch, Oriental Ginger with Honey, and Almond, Honey and Brandy.

And we've got the latest takes on flavour ideas, like Chocolate Paradiso (with white and dark chocolate pieces) and Lemon Meringue (deliciously sharp!) and Goo Goo Cluster (with chocolate, fudge and marshmallow).

And amazingly - if you are looking for a special flavour, we can make it for you.

Strange but true...Our delicious, artisan-made Ice Creams are actually less expensive than other luxury premium products!

In fact, some customers find this worrying. They think that Ice Cream so sought-after and delicious should be very expensive.
