Newly-weds Leanda and Richard Barber, pictured here by John Sturt, treated themselves and their guests to a delicious Minghella Ice Cream en route from the Church to their Wedding Breakfast here on the Isle of Wight recently. Bill Jackson, who has been selling our ice cream from his vintage ice cream van at the stunning viewpoint on Brading Down for more than 30 years, was delighted to be asked to serve the wedding party, who were all delighted with their special treat. We wish Leanda and Richard every happiness in the future and are sure there can be no better start to married life than sharing a Minghella ice cream!
